It is the beginning of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, and showing myself again. It is also a very important year for me. I have been working for almost 3 years. Facing the fiercely competitive and realistic society, the pressure of life and work drives me to work hard and study hard, so that I can become a truly capable manager and create a better future for myself. Here, I have set up a work plan for this year so that I can make greater progress and achievements in the new year. 1. Familiarize yourself with the company's new rules and regulations and carry out engineering management work. The company is constantly reforming and establishing new regulations. As a staff member of the company, you must take responsibility and carry out engineering management work with all your strength while complying with the company's regulations. 1. Clarify the responsibilities and work assignments of employees. Each employee must fulfill the obligations of factory employees and the responsibilities stipulated in the "Engineering Department Management Responsibilities". Their work tasks can be deployed and supported by superiors at any time according to the needs of the company departments. 2. Formulate management norms for department employees, strengthen the awareness of employees to consciously restrain their own bad behaviors such as lax work, encourage them to cultivate civilized self-cultivation, actively love their jobs, and make their daily work conform to the company's professional norms and requirements 3. All employees should be on time. Without the approval of the head of the engineering department, leave will be treated as absenteeism according to the factory attendance records; those who are found to be lax in their work during normal working hours must be warned and make a written review; 4. Improve work methods: strengthen departmental collaboration and communication, build a harmonious and enterprising corporate culture atmosphere, go to the scene as soon as possible to understand, analyze and solve problems when abnormalities occur, formulate feedback improvement plans and methods for engineering and related departments that are in line with the actual situation, establish training plans, strengthen skills training and mentality education, and stabilize staff turnover. 5. In the process of engineering design management, we must fully listen to opinions from all sides, promote technical democracy, and form a review team to conduct serious argumentation on controversial issues. If there are still doubts, seek third-party argumentation (customers or technical developers) 2. Clarify your own development direction, correctly understand yourself, and correct your shortcomings. Listen carefully to the sincere opinions of others. Work harder, study harder, strive to improve your cultural quality and various work skills, give full play to your abilities, and let yourself truly embark on the road of management.
