Solution for not being able to use sprintf to output float when debugging PSoC6 using PSoC Creator [Copy link]

When using CY8CKIT-062-BLE PSoC 6 BLE Pioneer Kit to test temperature and humidity, use sprintf to convert float into string. The temperature and humidity have been measured, but all printed out using sprintf are 0 I encountered this problem before when using IAR, but I don’t use PSoC Creator much. It took me a lot of effort to find the settings. Finally, I found a setting called Use newlib-nano Float Formatting in the Linker of the corresponding processor core in the project’s Build Settings. I changed the setting to True and the problem was solved I looked at several official projects, and all the defaults were False. I’m not sure why this happened. In short, if you want to use sprintf to print floating points, just change the settings above
