I like to do it myself, love DIY, and share DIY. Bluetooth speaker = Bluetooth + speaker, isn't it that simple? Most of the mini Bluetooth speakers on the market currently have one speaker, and the effect is not that good. So would it be better to make two speakers? So today's protagonist is a small speaker that I disassembled in the previous post: 《#以拆会友#-Disassembling a portable small speaker》 and the Bluetooth module in a Bluetooth headset.

I. Preparation 1. Rendering The DIY Bluetooth speaker this time mainly adds the Bluetooth module to the inside of the speaker. The power supply of the Bluetooth module uses the lithium battery inside the speaker. The audio output of the Bluetooth module is connected to the audio input of the speaker. Then the Bluetooth module can work when the speaker is turned on. It can be used as a Bluetooth speaker by connecting the Bluetooth of a mobile phone or computer.

II. Design principle 1. Principle From the perspective of DIY, the principle is actually quite simple. As long as the audio signal received by the Bluetooth module is sent to the audio input end of the portable speaker for amplification and then output through the speaker. The power supply of the Bluetooth module and the speaker amplifier module is directly powered by its internal lithium battery.

III. DIY process sharing The Bluetooth module is the circuit board inside the Bluetooth headset. Remove the original battery, microphone and earplugs:

Short-circuit the original button position with solder, so that it can be turned on directly when powered on, and there is no need to control the Bluetooth module separately through buttons:

V. Conclusion The effect of DIY this time is ideal. After the speaker is powered on, the Bluetooth module also works at the same time. The mobile phone Bluetooth can be connected to the Bluetooth module to play music. The audio signal can be transmitted without distortion or interruption at a distance of about 10M, and the playback effect is also very good.
