Requirements for Quality Assurance / Control Lead

For Finch Technologies China Office

Must:

●         2+ years' experience in the quality assurance of hardware systems (consumer electronics)

●        Thorough Knowledge of Standards and Methodologies of at Quality Assurance

●        Numerical Skills Understanding and the Analysis of the Data / Statistical Methods

●        Experience with Reliability tests, Factory tests, Electrical tests

●        Knowledge of MS Office and databases

●        Great attention to detail and a result driven approach

●        Chinese - native speaker, good English.

Good to have:

●        Great Communication Skills

●        Organizational and Leadership Abilities

●        Certification of quality control is a strong advantage

●        Experience with Gaming controllers testing procedures (Gamepads)

●        Experience with IMU-based systems (AIO headsets, VR-controllers, smartphones, air drones)

●        preference Experience with successful and delivered Products' Management Team  successful  delivered products

Key Responsibilities

●        Create quality assurance policies and procedures by using best practices

●        Interpret and implement quality assurance standards by using current and creating new equipment

●        Organize and at The AT the Manage at Quality Assurance and Control Processes for the Projects at The

●       Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards

●       Build team to procure high-quality standards to follow schedule

●       Communication with international team

●       Devise sampling at Directions and Procedures for the Data Recording and Reporting at Quality

●       Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems

●       Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

●       Supplier control

●       Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

●       Improve quality of procedures and system

●       Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

●        Control Plans and operator Instructions
