EEWORLD DIY——My Health Bracelet (Part 2)[Copy link]
Time flies so fast. One week has passed in the blink of an eye. In this post, I have roughly organized the idea of the health bracelet. This week, I mainly spent my spare time drawing the schematic diagram of the health bracelet. The company's project is also going to be launched at the end of this month, so many things are piled up together, but I still have to update the post when I have time, otherwise I will be thundering with little rain. Okay, I won't say more nonsense, let's post pictures. First of all, the heart of this bracelet, the MCU part, this part is relatively simple.
Looking at the schematic diagram, it is a minimum system. The crystal oscillator uses an active 8M crystal oscillator. You can use a passive crystal oscillator, but the active one is more accurate, but the cost is also a little higher. There is also the real-time clock part, a 32.768KHZ crystal oscillator. There is nothing to say about this. There are many on Taobao. In addition, the debugging interface SWD should be retained, because we use it for experiments, so it must be debuggable. If the finished product is made in the future, the debugging interface can be removed. Next is the part of measuring the heartbeat. The second most important circuit
This part is basically made according to the official plan, without any changes. The only change is that the MCU can control whether SON1303 works. In the road map, SN3130 is an op amp that can directly convert the analog signal of the heartbeat into a square wave, which is conducive to the MCU collecting the heartbeat. I think this is better. For friends who are not familiar with op amps, you can directly use this solution. Of course, the disadvantage is that you can't draw the same waveform as the electrocardiogram. Next is the display part, which is relatively simple. Use NOKIA5110. When you buy it from Taobao, it comes with various example schematics, which can be directly transplanted into our project.
Finally, our health bracelet must be able to perform external settings, such as setting the time, so there must be a button for external settings. This part of the circuit diagram is as follows:
These are the main parts of my health bracelet. Of course, there are still some details that have not been posted, because I only want to show the key parts to everyone. Too many details are easy to get lost. Basically, here is the PCB wiring part. This is my weak point. I may ask for help from outside. Okay, next time I update the PCB part and code, I will immediately enter the key part and work hard. . . This content was originally created by EEWORLD forum user ketose.
