10 things good circuits and good men have in common

Every day, hundreds of thousands of electronic design engineers in China are busy designing innovative electronic products. Many of them have the ideal of pushing China's IC design to the forefront of the world. They shoulder the arduous task of China's transformation from a "manufacturing center" to a "design center". They are the new force for China's IC design to move towards independent intellectual property rights. I also joined this group with such enthusiasm and ideals. But I also went through the difficult process that many engineers have gone through - the enthusiasm for the initial work was worn away by design problems, and the lack of guidance led to a design dilemma. Gradually, circuit design became a boring job, and the passion for work was completely replaced by various pressures. As a female engineer who loves art and pursues beauty, I cannot accept such a compromise. Why does IC design mean boring and stereotyped? Why does being an engineer mean being serious, rigid and without passion? Suddenly one day, I changed my perspective on the field I was working in. I could understand the circuit from a perceptual perspective. Our IC design can actually be compared with any art! This made me rediscover the passion and inspiration for circuit design. I began to appreciate circuits, various curves and models, instead of just treating them as a bunch of lifeless symbols and connections! Each circuit has unique qualities and characteristics. They are good or bad, with their own advantages and disadvantages, just like people. Perhaps there is no absolutely perfect circuit, just like there is no absolutely perfect person. But I can still find many similarities between a good circuit and an excellent man: 10 things good circuits and good men have in common 1. A good circuit has excellent working performance and can withstand practical verification - an excellent man may not be good at expressing himself, but he can give you satisfactory results and performance; 2. A good circuit has good stability and can work normally under harsh conditions - an excellent man never forgets his struggle and ideals in a difficult environment; 3. Good circuits have good noise suppression functions and can shield unnecessary interference - excellent men can withstand unfavorable discussions in reality and various temptations; 4. A good circuit has a large bandwidth and can be adapted to a wide frequency range - an excellent man can bend and stretch, and can be equally good in both low and high positions; 5. A good circuit has good sensitivity and will not ignore tiny useful signals - an excellent man can keenly perceive opportunities and seize them in time; 6. Good circuits consume very little power, which can save customers’ resources—good men will not waste your efforts and investments; 7. Once a good circuit is designed, it is possible to develop more functions and applications - once an excellent man is discovered, more and more advantages will be revealed; 8. A good circuit is plain and unpretentious, and does not need expensive ICs to enhance its own value. A good man is profound and introverted, and does not need a glamorous appearance to enhance his own value! 9. Good circuits need to be developed and appreciated by excellent engineers - excellent men need excellent women to appreciate and encourage them; 10. It is not easy to design a good circuit - it is not easy to have an excellent man!!! I hope to see more and more good circuits designed in China, more and more outstanding talents emerging, our motherland will become stronger, and our technology will be able to stand at the top of the world! ! !
