I'm really behind, I can't tell [Copy link]

In the activity prompt in the lower right corner of the forum, it is unclear whether this WIFI+BLUETOOTH chip from Infineon is a PHY chip or a MAC+PHY chip. How can I tell the difference? If it is a MAX+PHY function, and there is an MCU inside to communicate with other processors, that would be amazing.

Knowing shame leads to courage. Knowing that falling behind is better than being self-indulgent, so being open is better than being closed. Things are always developing and changing, which is constant, impacting the constant refreshing of cognitive levels...   Details Published on 2024-10-31 08:27

Is it hard to understand?

I still don't understand this. If it is a PHY chip, the data you receive needs to be parsed by the MCU behind it. This is not realistic at all. So I still don't understand whether this connection to the MCU means that the data given to the MCU is pure data after removing the header and tail of the protocol and other data.  Details Published on 2024-10-31 09:49
