XL1509 is a DC-DC chip with relatively high sales volume in LiChuang Mall, and the stock is relatively sufficient. This is the first time I have heard of the brand XLSEMI (Xinlong). I have only heard of Loongson before, but I didn’t expect there is also a brand called Xinlong.

The XL1509 chip is not cheap at the price of 1 yuan from LiChuang. I opened the data sheet and saw that the input voltage range is 4.5V~40V, which is quite wide. The continuous current is 2A, and the fixed frequency is 150K. The application says ADSL modem, and it seems that this chip is also old.

The data sheet file was created in 2014, 10 years ago, which is not too old.

The Feedback pin is equipped with a voltage divider resistor internally, and a fixed voltage output can be achieved by connecting it directly to VOUT. The pin with the suffix ADJ can use an external voltage divider resistor to achieve a customized voltage output.

Apart from the relatively wide input voltage, there doesn't seem to be much special about it. I'm not sure why it ranks so high in sales on the LiChuang Mall. Is the ranking inaccurate?
