This article introduces the installation of Mu editor software

Download Mu Editor software:

Use the computer to edit the program, so download Windows Installer

The installation software after downloading is as follows:

Install the Mu editor software as follows. There is no option to change the software installation path, so just select Install. It is expected to be installed to the C drive by default.

The installation is complete as follows:

The computer shows that Mu Editor has been newly installed, including the Python software in the previous chapter

Open Mu Editor and select Python 3 as the mode

The editing interface after Mu Editor is installed is as follows

The Mu Editor editing interface is briefly introduced as follows:

toolbar:

Hover your mouse over a button and you'll see a small tooltip pop-up with more information about what the button does.

Mode: Changes the operating mode of MU. Each mode has different functions and a slightly different interface.

New: Creates a new Python script.

Load: Open a Python script file.

Save: Save the current Python script.

Start: Starts your Python script running.

Images: Displays images used by Python.

Check: Checks for errors in your code.

Formatting: Organize the code format.

Zoom in: Enlarge the Python code display.

Zoom out: s Zoom out the Python code display.

Theme: Three themes: day, night, high contrast

The highest version of Mu Editor software is 1.2.0, but why does the book recommend 1.10.0? Aren't they the same?
