Can the frequency band of LMX2594 cross 1GHZ in automatic mode? [Copy link]

 

Hey guys, help me:

I would like to use the FMCW frequency ramp and chirp functions of the LMX2594, but have proven unable to do so across a wide frequency band, up to 125M.

Currently I am using a 51 single-chip microcomputer and LMX2594, and using the software TICS PRO to configure the register data. I would like to ask if there is anything that must be configured to meet the cross-bandwidth requirements, or is it that the automatic mode cannot cross the wideband and only the manual mode can be used, but how do I use the manual mode?

Eventually an external trigger is indeed needed, but I'm currently using a function generator to trigger the RAMPCLK pin, but it doesn't work.   Details Published on 2024-3-7 09:16

Hello, have you used this function? My current configuration cannot produce a normal triangle wave across a wide bandwidth. If there is a screenshot of the configuration, can I have it for reference?
