LTspice simulation cannot be performed using Infineon L3 model [Copy link]

I built a dual pulse circuit. It works fine when using the L0 model, but it doesn't work with the more accurate L1 and L3 models. What's the problem? The model below can only run for 2.7us. What's the problem?

Just choose a model according to the MOS tube

The L1 model itself is not very accurate and is used in the old device model.
The L3 model is a semi-empirical model for short channel devices.
