My EK-RA2E1 development board has R7FA2E1A92DFM onboard, which supports up to 4 UART controllers, numbered 0, 1, 2, and 9, but can be mapped to different pins.

According to the actual development board hardware connection, only P212 and P213 cannot be used directly because they are currently connected to the crystal oscillator.

In the subsequent planned projects, we will try to enable four UARTs at the same time according to the actual plug positions.
