In our daily electronic system design, there are often two or more control modules in one circuit, such as MCU-type single-chip circuits, communication modules, Bluetooth modules, etc. coexisting in a circuit system. These different circuit modules require different power supply voltages, such as one is 5V, the other is 3.3V, or 1.8V, and they coexist in a system. It is inevitable to communicate with each other. To communicate between them, the TXD and RXD pins must be connected, and communication level conversion is very necessary.

Similarly, the microcontroller power supply voltage in the post is 3.3V, and the max232 power supply voltage is 5V, so there is a communication problem between them.
