Has anyone used PGA309? [Copy link]

As the title says, I occasionally found this chip when reading some technical information. It is used to linearize resistive bridge sensors.

I read the data sheet twice, but still don't understand how this is linear. After reading the first side, I thought it was telling the chip the current pressure through communication and doing point-by-point correction. But after reading the end, I felt that it was not the case. I didn't find the timing diagram at all and didn't understand it. This chip itself is classified as an analog chip.

In addition, where does the nonlinearity of the resistive bridge pressure sensor come from?

What is a linearized resistive bridge sensor? This is the first time I've heard of it.  Details Published on 2023-10-22 17:00
