The EV3428A-L-00A is an evaluation board for demonstrating the performance of the MP3428A product. The MP3428A is a 600kHz high-efficiency fixed frequency current mode boost converter with a wide input voltage (VIN) range. The MP3428A provides optional internal or external current sampling configurations and excellent protection features for highly integrated high-power applications. It can support 12V/2A loads with a typical 3.3V input. It integrates a 10mΩ, 24V power MOSFET and a synchronous gate driver to achieve high-efficiency conversion operation.

The EV3428A-L-00A can be configured for 12V applications. The maximum output current (IOUT) is determined by the current limit, temperature range, and VIN. The MP3428A is available in a QFN-22 (3mmx4mm) package.
