WiFi 7 Apps

The real upgrade of the enterprise

Long login waits, out-of-sync virtual meetings, and congested internet environments all make work more difficult. For a smoother, more reliable experience, WiFi 7 is key.

Meet with global partners across time zones without delay and present ideas. Work remotely from home with WiFi 7, so you don’t waste time loading content from the cloud.

The increased efficiency of next-generation WiFi will bring tremendous value to your business.

Unstoppable flow of entertainment

Enjoy massive online games, immersive AR/VR, and 4K/8K videos anytime, anywhere. With WiFi 7, experience the bustling digital world without buffering, lag, or congestion.

When everyone starts exploring the Metaverse, you’ll be ready.

A revolution in smart lifestyle

WiFi 7 leads the way to truly smart living. If you have multiple smart home devices or a large number of Internet devices in your home, WiFi 7 will keep them online with ultra-fast response times.

No more pausing before your smart speaker responds to you. Everything happens instantly, right when you want it.

Higher speed, lower latency, more reliability

Multi-link operation

Traditional WiFi devices use a single link to transmit data. With Multi-Link Operation (MLO), WiFi 7 enables devices to send and receive data on different frequency bands and channels simultaneously to increase throughput, reduce latency, and improve reliability for emerging applications such as VR/AR, online gaming, remote offices, and cloud computing.

No waste, no congestion

Preface Puncture

Previously, busy channels meant that the frequency band could not be fully used. Data could only be sent through the primary channels. Now, with Preamble Puncturing, interference can be blocked, opening up more channels for use.

Make the most of every resource

Multi-RU

With WiFi 6, each user can only send or receive frames on the allocated resource unit (RU), which greatly limits the flexibility of spectrum resource scheduling. To solve this problem and further improve spectrum efficiency, WiFi 7 allows multiple RUs to be allocated to a single user, and RUs* can be combined to improve transmission efficiency.

Packing 120% more data for higher speeds

4K-QAM

To further increase the peak rate, WiFi 7 uses a higher-order modulation scheme: 4096-QAM. This enables each symbol to carry 12 bits instead of 10 bits, which means the theoretical transmission rate is 20% higher than WiFi 6's 1024-QAM. Higher transmission rates allow users to achieve higher transmission efficiency. Now you can watch flawless 4K/8K videos, play large online games, or live stream from your home computer. With 4096-QAM, streaming just got better.

Double the flow, double the capacity

16 × 16 MU-MIMO

To meet the growing traffic demand generated by the increasing number of WiFi devices, access points continue to increase the number of antennas and improve spatial multiplexing capabilities. WiFi 7 increases the number of spatial streams from 8 to 16. The theoretical physical transmission rate is therefore doubled compared to WiFi 6. With WiFi 7's 16 streams, each device has enough bandwidth to run smoothly.

Double the width, double the speed

Up to 320 MHz at 6 GHz

WiFi 7 unlocks the full potential of the 6 GHz band, doubling the bandwidth of the previous generation. Expanding the channel width to 320 MHz also enables more simultaneous transmissions at the fastest possible speeds.

How does WiFi 7 work?

WiFi 7's innovative technologies make these exciting enhancements and significant lifestyle changes possible. All of these breakthroughs will help the digital age enjoy more eye-opening experiences.

How is it different from previous generations?

Although WiFi 6 offers a 37% speed increase, the effect is not as good as the 10x speed increase brought by WiFi 5. The difference stems from the original intention of the WiFi 6 project, which aims to improve efficiency rather than data rate. WiFi 7, on the other hand, is designed for a higher throughput generation.

WiFi 7 delivers a huge improvement in throughput—up to 480% higher than previous generations. And with backward compatibility, WiFi 7 routers keep your entire home connected with the latest online experiences.

What is WiFi 7?

WiFi 7 is an upcoming WiFi standard also known as IEEE 802.11be Extremely High Throughput (EHT). It works on all three frequency bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz) to make the most of spectrum resources. While WiFi 6 was built for the world's growing number of devices, WiFi 7 aims to deliver blazing speeds and greater efficiency to every device. If you're struggling with constant buffering, lag, or congestion, a WiFi 7 router might be the best solution for you.

WiFi 7 introduces 320 MHz ultra-wide bandwidth, 4096-QAM, Multi-RU and Multi-Link Operation, which is 4.8 times faster than WiFi 6 and 13 times faster than WiFi 5. Unlocking more scenarios than ever before.
