CH224K evaluation and solution application optimization [Copy link]

According to the small DIY solution I made last time, there are some problems as follows:

1.DP and DM lines need to be corrected;

2. The PCB board and the vacuum pump are loose when welded. It is best to leave a hole in the middle so that the protruding part of the pump shaft can be embedded in the PCB board, so that it can be fixed more securely.

3. Now there is only a working indicator light for the pump, and a charging indicator light needs to be added. The PG pin of CH224K should be able to meet this function.

According to the above problems, the schematic diagram and PCB were revised.

The PCB modifications are as follows:

The PCB has been submitted, and I hope to make this DIY as perfect as possible. And in the process of using it later, I hope to collide with some new ideas.

Brother, have you made sure that the position of your TF card does not touch the case and does not affect the card insertion?
