TLSR921x Series
TLSR921x is Tailing Microelectronics' latest generation of low-power, high-performance, multi-protocol wireless connectivity SoCs, supporting a variety of leading connectivity technologies and industry alliance specifications on a single chip, including Bluetooth low energy 5.2, Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee 3.0, Apple HomeKit, Apple Find My network, Thread, Matter, and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols. The chip has a built-in advanced 32-bit RISC-V MCU with integrated DSP and FP extension instructions, capable of supporting embedded real-time operating systems. The chip provides a variety of security features, including hardware AES, hardware accelerated support for ECC, and TRN generator, and is PSA securely certified. The TLSR921x series SoC uses a multi-level power management design to allow ultra-low power operation, making it an ideal choice for low-power IoT applications.
