Calibration/calibration of medical device products [Copy link]

Calibration/calibration of medical device products
1. Calibration is not the same as calibration, and it is not to be calibrated by a metrology institute or a third party!

2. How to calibrate in vitro diagnostic products such as blood oximeters, sphygmomanometers, thermometers, electrocardiographs, electrocardiographs, and electroencephalograms?

For example, a BP pump can be used for a sphygmomanometer? A black body furnace can be used for a thermometer? What about the rest? What equipment should be used for calibration?

If you have made related products, please feel free to discuss.

Too broad. I don't know what you are going to say, just look at the requirements of the review center, it's much simpler.   Details Published on 2022-8-23 20:08

We have professional instruments for EEG, oximeter and ECG, all of which are made by Fluke. We have domestic instruments for ECG, but I have never seen other instruments in other companies, and I don't know about ECG watches.

Portable medical devices, such as blood glucose meters, blood pressure meters, and oxygen meters, are often designed with communication capabilities to provide continuous communication between patients and caregivers in almost any location, requiring device designers to pay closer attention to reliability and safety issues in their circuit design and component selection.

Since medical electronic products will be frequently handled by users, the main electrical threat is electrostatic discharge. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can deliver excessive voltage and current to the internal circuit system.
