MP2651 - A new buck-boost charger IC from MPS that supports a wide input voltage (V IN ) range of 4V to 22V for battery charging.

The MP2760 is the most popular in the mobile phone, tablet, and notebook computer industries. It has a charging cutoff function and an automatic charging function. It also provides input current limit and minimum input voltage (VIN) limit functions to prevent overload of the input source. The MP2760 integrates an I2C interface, which can flexibly configure parameters (such as input current limit, VIN limit, and charging current) in charging and OTG modes. The chip can also provide working status through output and fault registers. Comprehensive protection features include input overvoltage protection (OVP), battery overvoltage protection (OVP), system overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection, and a configurable timer to prevent the battery from charging for a long time.
