Please recommend a stackup of single-layer FPC with electromagnetic shielding film [Copy link]

Hello everyone, I am designing a flexible circuit board, the basic requirements are as follows:

1. This soft board is installed between the moving parts and the fixed parts, and requires both firmness and flexibility.

2. Single-layer board can meet the requirements, and the copper thickness can be 0.5OZ or 1OZ

3. Install electromagnetic shielding film on the upper and lower sides of the single-layer circuit

How should the following stacking be improved to better meet the above requirements?
