I need NB-IOT modules recently. Has anyone used modules from manufacturers like Quectel and Uran? Please recommend.

I suggest you take a look at Quectel BC25 or China Mobile NM316. Both are fine, cheap and good. You can also find the official model for your selection. Customized ones are cheaper, for example, they can only be plugged into China Mobile or China Telecom. However, I suggest you choose the one that supports all networks, which makes it easier to change cards.

I also think that full network access is better, as it provides more options in areas with poor signal coverage.
