Or does this Bluetooth chip support this operation? I haven't found a package function for Bluetooth signal strength or something like that.

There must be such a function, for example, you can take a look at the BLE_Beacon example. When broadcasting, you can add the transmit power, and when receiving, calculate the approximate distance based on the received RSSI value and the transmit power.
