At the beginning of the new year, everyone should pay attention to safety, especially those who need to go out and run back and forth should pay attention to their own protection, not to cause trouble for themselves, and not to burden the motherland, and spend the new year safely and happily.
Every year at this time, I have to summarize and review the past. It feels like it has become a routine. By 2021, I have written a summary for 9 years. Two days ago, I was still joking: This is like the growth history of an engineer, atypical and unreliable. From a young man in his 20s to a 40-year-old uncle, the best time of my life was left in the forum. I met a group of interesting people and experienced some interesting things. In the process, I was enriched and grew. Life is good like this.
Looking back at 2020, the biggest feeling is that time passed too fast, too fast indeed... Before I had time to do anything, the new year has arrived. I basically stayed at home in the first half of the year, and when I was planning and preparing to show my talents in the second half of the year, a new epidemic came again. What I can remember in my mind are probably: epidemic, temperature measurement, masks, health codes, working from home, remote meetings, etc. This may be the most true portrayal of 2020.
About the Forum:
I haven't left many traces on the forum this year. The quality and quantity of posts have dropped significantly. I am so ashamed! Looking through the records, I only posted a few posts about shared bicycles, which is better not to mention; I participated in the NFC trial, but it became an unfinished project with no follow-up; at the end of the year, I wanted to play with slag and learn zynq, but I don't have much confidence in this. But I still hope that the forum will get better and better. There will be talented people in every generation, and the new generation will replace the old ! The new wave, rush forward!
About the work:
In 2020 , I started to be fully responsible for the company's network operation and security system construction. For me, it is too difficult and stressful, but I can't be timid , which is one of the reasons why I don't come to the forum often. I am a technician, I have no experience working in operators, no experience in large-scale network operation and maintenance, I listen more to security than I do, and the overall work is very difficult for me. I just finished the 2020 performance report two days ago, and the company's evaluation is still good. I am very pleased. It would be even better if they could consider the bonus more, hahahaha.
We mainly did some work in the operation and maintenance system, personnel team, qualification application, etc., striving to standardize the operation and maintenance system, institutionalize the process, and visualize the data; we strive to achieve centralized management and control, two-level operation and maintenance, and three-line support; in terms of security, we mainly did compliance construction and qualification application work.
In 2020 , I obtained the information security personnel certification certificate, submitted 2 invention patents with my friends, and published an article in Nature with some big guys . In 2021, I plan to apply for a senior professional title. Work hard! Come on!
About life:
Due to the impact of the epidemic in 2020 , basically no activities were organized. However, looking through the photo albums on my mobile phone, there are still some interesting things worth remembering.
The biggest progress made by the children is skipping rope. Before the epidemic, my eldest son could only jump 80-90 times per minute. After a period of persistent exercise, he can now stabilize at 150-160 times per minute. Once he came home and told me proudly that the physical education teacher praised him today. It is not easy to be praised by the physical education teacher. He always lags behind in physical education. This year's physical education grade is C. He needs to continue to work hard and practice short-distance running.
The little girl just entered primary school this year, and skipping rope has become a required assessment item. In the beginning, she was not coordinated in swinging the rope and jumping up, but now she can jump more than 100 times per minute. I saw her hard work in the process, and it also strengthened her self-confidence. There was a time when she didn't want to go to physical education class. She fell behind in running and didn't know how to skip rope, hahaha.
In 2021 , our family made a decision to go hiking once a week to strengthen our physical fitness. We have persisted for 3 weeks and will report and summarize to everyone next year.
My son is turning 10 this year, and the school organized a 10-kilometer hike for him as a “coming-of-age ceremony and aspiration journey”, which was quite meaningful.
This year, I took my son to participate in the Gobang competition of the 12th National Games in Hefei. I won the championship in the adult group, and my son won the third place in the children's group through a tiebreak. My son also won the third place in the district chess competition.
In October , I also served as a volunteer for a parent-child sports meeting. I took the children to play with me and wore doll costumes in the mall, which was very funny. The dolls had a lot of fun painting on their clothes.

About sports:
Because of the pandemic, I missed several major events this year. I didn’t go to Xiamen Marathon or Xi’an Marathon, which was a bit regretful. But I still participated in some activities at home this year to make up for it.
1. For the first time, serve as the first team member and cover the parent-child cross-country race;
2. For the first time, I served tea and water to everyone as a volunteer on the track;
3. The first time I went off-road at night, I ran in Fucha Mountain. It was really dark in the mountain. I was alone for a while. Someone asked me: Are you scared? The person who asked this question should not have been in a place surrounded by darkness. At that time, I didn’t have time to think about whether I was afraid or not. I just stared at the road under my feet and ran all the way.
