TJA1020 LIN Transceiver Brochure [Copy link]

TJA1020 is the interface between LIN master/slave protocol controller and LIN Local Interconnect Network physical bus. It is mainly used as
the secondary network in the vehicle. The baud rate can be from 2.4 to 20Kbits/s.
The transmission data stream input by the protocol controller to the TXD pin is converted into a bus signal by the LIN transceiver, and the transceiver controls the slew rate and
waveform to reduce EME. The output pin of the LIN bus is pulled HIGH by an internal terminal resistor. When used as a host
, the pin INH or pin BAT must be connected to the pin LIN through an external resistor and diode in series. The transceiver detects the data stream at the input pin of the LIN bus
and sends it to the microcontroller through the pin RXD.
In normal transceiver operation, the TJA1020 can switch between normal slope mode and low slope mode. In low slope mode,
the TJA1020 increases the rising and falling slopes of the LIN bus signal, thereby further reducing radiation. In normal slope mode, the radiation is already very low.
The power consumption of TJA1020 in sleep mode is very low. In fault mode, the power consumption will be reduced to an extremely low level.

It's the Chinese version. It seems that lin is not as fast as can?
