From September 9 to 11, 2020, ELEXCON will start a technological journey with new and old friends at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center-Bao'an New Hall! The exhibition site will link four major theme exhibitions and two global events: Shenzhen International Electronics Exhibition, Shenzhen International Internet of Things and Smart Future Exhibition, Shenzhen International Embedded System Exhibition, Shenzhen International Future Automobile and Technology Exhibition, 5G Global Conference (China Station), IoT World China Station, etc. By then, informa Informa Group will make every effort to create a flagship exhibition of the entire electronics industry chain! Everyone is responsible for epidemic prevention and control
Don’t panic when you come to Shenzhen to exhibit!
There are still two weeks until the opening of the ELEXCON electronics exhibition. Shenzhen is currently a low-risk area with no new cases found. Experts predict that the risk of a rebound in the epidemic is very low.
Visitors from low-risk areas in China do not need to be quarantined or undergo nucleic acid testing. They only need to show their green code, wear masks, and actively cooperate with temperature checks in accordance with the exhibition's epidemic prevention measures to visit the exhibition safely.
The Shenzhen Health Commission has released good news recently. It has collected 686,000 samples for nucleic acid testing. "Shenzhen Efficiency" ensures your safety. There are currently no new cases!

Guidelines for entry procedures for epidemic prevention
1. South Landing Hall, Hall 9, Hall 11
The 2020ELEXCON Electronics Exhibition will set up a QR code scanning registration area, a health green code and ID card inspection area, an infrared temperature measurement security inspection area, a registration and card renewal area, and an access control verification area.
2. Check the prevention and control green travel card
Before traveling, scan the QR code to apply for the State Council’s "Anti-epidemic Travel Card". Only if you have a qualified green "Communication Big Data Travel Card" will you be allowed to enter!
3. Queue up for QR code verification before entering the venue
You need to show your ID card and "Green Trip Card" for on-site staff to check. Minors under 18 are not allowed to enter. According to the landmarks set by the organizer, keep a safe distance of 1 meter, do not crowd, do not gather, and queue up in an orderly manner.
4. Infrared temperature measurement/safety inspection
All spectators who have passed the ID card and green itinerary card verification will enter the security temperature check channel and can only enter if the temperature is below 37.3 degrees ; if the temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees, they will be taken away from the scene by epidemic prevention personnel and moved to the temporary isolation observation area.
5. Pre-registration/exchange of visitor pass on site
After passing the above inspections, you can go to the exhibition registration-exchange area to register and generate or directly retrieve your " visit appointment QR code ". With the QR code, you can exchange for a paper visitor certificate at all ELEXCON counters or self-service counters and enter the exhibition area to visit the exhibition.
6. Where to collect epidemic prevention materials
There is a special collection point for hand sanitizer, masks and other epidemic prevention supplies at the exhibition site, where visitors can collect them if needed.

Transportation discount tips
1. Bus 1: Exit B of Fuyong Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 11 - east side of the South Entrance Hall of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center
Note: Fuyong Subway Station is 6.5 km away from Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. The return boarding point is on the east side of the South Plaza of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Additional return trips will be added depending on passenger flow.
2. Bus 2: Exit D of Tangwei Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 11 - east side of the South Entrance Hall of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center
Note: Tangwei Subway Station is 6.8 km away from Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. The return boarding point is Gate 10, Hall 8, Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Additional return trips will be added depending on passenger flow.
3. Bus 1 and 2 departure timetable from subway stations and return timetable from the exhibition hall
During the three days of the exhibition, Bus 1 and Bus 2 will use the same departure and return schedule, as follows:
