How to read and write EEPROM contents in PIC16F1938 chip [Copy link]

I am a novice and have never worked with microcontrollers before. I have a product with a pic16f1938 chip. I want to read and write the contents of the EEPROM. Is there any good way? I have used the ICD3 burner, but it is very slow and there are only a few command lines to operate ICD3, which is not easy to use. I want to use a host computer to read and write the contents of the PIC16F1938 chip, but ICD3 cannot do it. Do I need to get a microcontroller like the PIC16F1938, and then use it to read and write the EEPROM contents of the product? The key is that I don't know how to use microcontrollers. Is there a better way?

Either you ask someone who knows how to design a dedicated reading device for you, or you have to use a burner. Which one is suitable depends on how much you have.   Details Published on 2020-6-18 15:01

You can look at the information below, all of which are related to PIC eeprom

You can write a program to read and write EEprom through the serial port, so that the host computer can easily modify and query EE parameters.  Details Published on 2020-6-17 14:11

However, the MCU program in the product cannot be modified, and the host computer cannot communicate directly with the product's PIC chip through the serial port. It still needs to use another MCU to read and write the product's PIC chip. The host computer communicates with the external MCU through the serial port. The key is that this external MCU does not know how to achieve it or what other tools to use?
