Will the grounding of the differential line in the figure affect the signal? [Copy link]

The picture shows a double-sided signal adapter board. The customer requested this package. But I feel there will be signal interference. Please give me some advice.

Reliably grounded copper can provide high-frequency signal return and shielding (and at least increase the distance between adjacent signal lines). If there are requirements for impedance, calculate the line width and line spacing parameters according to the coplanar impedance model.  Details Published on 2020-5-28 13:38

How high is the signal frequency? If it is not a very high frequency, it is not a big problem.

Double-sided boards are more troublesome to handle

It is useless to just look at these pictures, you need to combine them with the functional principles

Double-sided boards do not have a complete ground reference plane like multi-layer boards. In theory, it should be better to choose the same layer of ground.
