Play board + simple TMS320F28035 development board [Copy link]

During the Spring Festival, I had a lot of free time. I wanted to use this time to learn about TI's DSP chip, model TMS320F28035. This chip is very suitable for controlling the drive of the motor, but I am not very familiar with this chip. I decided to make a development board by myself. The planned onboard functions include LED running, PWM output, serial communication, ADC, etc. Use these recommended interface peripherals to run the official routines and finally achieve the learning purpose.

First, I designed the schematic diagram

Then I spent a few days designing the PCB diagram

The online quick 24-hour proofing was completed before the holiday. During the holiday, even the express delivery was not running. The PCB received was as shown in the picture

After the development board is made, you need to find an emulator to debug the program and run TI routines. The emulator I found is produced by Lierda Technology Co., Ltd. The model is LSD-MiniStick. This product was released by this company more than 10 years ago. I got it as a gift when I attended the company's seminar. Now I take it out and try it out. It still works, which proves that the quality of this product is good.

This emulator was produced in the early stage. Its external pins are different from those of the current XDS100V3 emulator, so an adapter was designed.

Let’s use this development board to run the marquee first.

I have never used this chip, but I have played with 28027 and 28335. I once made a 28027 development board myself.

A diode is used for isolation on the board. When the CH330 end is 5V, the current cannot pass due to the existence of the diode, and there is a pull-up resistor on the MCU end, so the MCU end gets 3.3V.  Details Published on 2020-5-1 10:03
