shortcoming:

It does not have the functions of large hydraulic cylinders, long stroke hydraulic cylinders, etc. It is suitable for small power, short stroke and other power and action requirements.

2. Principle and composition of cylinder combined hydraulic cylinder:

The combined connection type of multi-section cylinder barrels is a conical surface meshing positioning connection; the fasteners used for connection adopt hydraulic nut fastening technology; the piston sealing structure adopts a two-level alternating sealing technology.

Application advantages:

①Easy to install, adjust, disassemble and overhaul, especially in narrow or special working places where installation and disassembly are difficult;

② It can directly reduce the use cost. The inner hole damage or wear of the hydraulic cylinder will inevitably occur during operation. This structural type can only repair or update a certain section of the cylinder without replacing the full length cylinder;

③ The length of the cylinder barrel combined by at least two sections is several times the length of a conventional single cylinder barrel. As long as the length of the piston rod can be achieved, it can be matched with it, thereby achieving the ideal value of ultra-long stroke action and constant output force of the hydraulic cylinder.
