5050RGB lamp beads, 6 in parallel and 10 in series, how to draw the PCB board [Copy link]

 

Draw a PCB board, use 5050RGB lamp beads, 6 in parallel and 10 in series, evenly distributed on a long board, I don't know how to draw it, Baidu doesn't have any relevant examples or boards, please help me with some advice, thank you very much!!!

#In 1. Product Overview: LC8812B is an intelligent external control LED light source that integrates control circuit and light-emitting circuit. Its appearance is the same as a 5050LED lamp bead. Each LED light source is a pixel. The LED light source contains an intelligent digital interface data latch signal circuit, a power supply voltage stabilization circuit, a built-in constant current circuit, a data regeneration circuit, and a high-precision RC oscillator. The output drive adopts patented PWM technology, which effectively ensures the color consistency of the light in the pixel. The data protocol adopts a unipolar return-to-zero code communication method. Taking one of the RGB three-color LEDs as an example,

First, follow the common constant voltage drive circuit scheme:

The anode and cathode of 10 LEDs are connected to form a string, and a current limiting resistor is connected in series. The resistance value is calculated by (supply voltage minus the sum of the forward voltage drops of 10 diodes) divided by the LED current. Note that the forward voltage drop and current of the three-color LED are generally different, so the resistance value should also be different. The resistor package is selected based on the power consumption calculation of the resistor.

Six strings of this (LEDx10 + current limiting resistorx1) are connected in parallel to a controlled constant voltage power supply and ground to form a parallel circuit.

If a constant current drive circuit is used, just remove the current limiting resistor in each string.

Thank you, I have no problem with the circuit, but I don't know how to lay out the PCB, because there are 60 lamp beads evenly distributed on a 1.2m light strip, and after connecting them in series and then in parallel, the lines will intersect, so I would like to ask if there is any advice on wiring. If you are using a single-sided aluminum substrate to make the light board, you can only add a 0 ohm jumper chip resistor, although I have seen some boards that use artificial flying wires to cross the intersection.  Details Published on 2019-9-6 14:56

If you are using a single-sided aluminum substrate to make the light board, you can only add a 0 ohm jumper chip resistor, although I have seen some boards that use artificial flying wires to cross the intersection.

The main jumpers are all 0 ohm jumpers, and they are mainly ground jumpers. Of course, the fewer jumpers the better.

I don't know if this wiring method is feasible. The space is limited, so the line on the branch line is only 12mil. However, I checked and found that the current for the three primary colors of RGB is 60mA, and each line is 20mA. It should be enough. If anyone knows, please give me some suggestions. Thank you

12mil is fine for 60mA. If there is enough space on the board, the width can be increased appropriately.

This RGB lamp bead material should be welded on an aluminum substrate
