Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive/electronics and electrical engineering;
2. More than five years of experience as R&D director/vice president or marketing director/vice president of a well-known automotive electronics company (such as Bosch Electronics, Magna International, Continental Automotive Electronics, Valeo, Denso Corporation)
3. Master the market situation of the automotive electronics industry, understand the industry technology, and have industry connections and customer resources.
4. Have a keen sense of the automotive electronics industry market and business opportunities, and be able to screen projects and coordinate development;
4. Have strong leadership, planning and execution, judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop the company's development strategy with the board of directors;
2. Formulate business plans based on the strategic plan, and coordinate, guide and supervise the business work of each department to ensure the realization of the company's overall business goals.
