I can't find any information on the official website. What is the difference between it and STM32F103C6T6? How do I create a project in Keil for STM32FEBKC6T6?

There are several opinions on the feedback found online for your reference:

1. It is not an ST product, but a disassembled and refurbished one.
2. It is an ST product, specifically for the electric vehicle market, and is a simplified version of 103.
3. It is an ST product, namely ST's STM32F103C6T6, used for EBIKE, and later changed its name to this.

I will ask my colleagues for help and ask the official at work tomorrow.

A comparison shows that the manual of the so-called "STM32FEBKC6T6" is just a modification of the model number based on the old manual of STM! Designing products based on this "pseudo-technical document" is no different from voluntarily jumping into a pit.
