I found a 1963 "Electron Tube Handbook" [Copy link]

I didn't pay much attention to books, but this one was a surprise. I bought it from a second-hand market for 20 yuan. I have electronic tubes at home, and I happened to see the title of this book and the electronic tubes on the cover, so I bought it without even asking for the price. Maybe this is what they say is confirmed by eye contact! The book is loose-leaf, and each page can be removed separately. The paper is yellowed and has a sense of age. It contains some introductions to electronic tubes in China, the United States, and the Soviet Union. I took it home and flipped through it and left it there. I found it on the washing machine in the bathroom when I was packing clothes last weekend. [:1_101:]Although I rarely read books, I bought several books with a sense of age this year. Would you buy this kind of "grandfather-generation" book?

I remember when I was a child, I accidentally found a book at home that taught people how to write letters. The name was very literary, something like "尺圖". The cover was still made of paper, but it was slightly thicker than the inner pages, and it was yellow-brown. The printing was pure black and white, very similar to yours. It was also in traditional Chinese, but I forgot to check the time, and it seemed to be missing pages. I also kept it as an antique at that time, but later I didn't know where it was thrown away. There were also scribblings on it, which I felt might have been done when I was younger. But I personally judge that the thing can't be too old.  Details Published on 2018-12-24 16:32

No, not even my 18 generations of ancestors would. Because this kind of dictionary-like book is useless to me, I never buy useless books.

I bought it probably for the sentiment of being a cyborg, but I don't think it will be very useful in practicality

This book should be a set of three. I once owned this book. I once used the 807 in the last photo.

I feel like I found a secret book, but now it is basically useless. It has collection value and memories to tell stories. After all, I came from that place.

When I was a kid, my family had some. They all belonged to my father. They were all sold as scrap when we moved in 1983. But in 1982, I bought a "Radio Technology Manual" or "Electronic Technology Manual", which included introductions and parameter tables of most components on the domestic market at that time, including electron tubes. It was in large 32-page format and as thick as two bricks. I still have this book, but the pages have long been seriously yellowed, and it looks older than the older book the poster has...

I told the seller that there was another copy that I couldn't find. I added WeChat and left my address. Please mail it to me after you find it.

I played around with electronic tubes. I went to the library to look up information, and I copied down a lot of commonly used electronic tube information. Later, I stopped playing around with electronic tubes, and the information I copied down was lost.

In the summer of 2017, I went to a book fair with my colleagues. I felt that the new books were not interesting, so I went directly to the used book stalls to buy Taobao. In the end, I only bought a stamp album, because the prices of other used books I liked were too high, especially those from the Republic of China. The cheap ones cost more than one hundred yuan, and the more expensive ones could cost thousands of yuan. So since then, when I see books of similar eras, I will take a few more glances and buy them if I think the price is acceptable.

I listened to music with a tube amplifier, which had 8 vacuum tubes. I happened to come across such a book and bought one, but I only read a few pages after buying it and put it there.

It does feel like a secret book, mainly because the cover gives me a sense of mystery

A few days ago, a classmate came to my house and said the same thing. When he saw my old books, he made all kinds of exclamations and told me that if I had no place to put them at home, I could put them in his house for collection.

In fact, I seldom read the contents of this kind of books, I mainly read the introduction, the back cover and so on, I just think it's interesting, just like this English-Chinese dictionary, in which Shenyang is also called Fengtian
