When the current passes through the coil of the wireless charger, a magnetic field will be generated. As long as the power provided is AC, a magnetic field that constantly changes direction can be generated. It has excellent properties such as large bandgap width, high thermal conductivity, high electron saturation drift velocity, and easy formation of heterostructures. It is very suitable for the development of high-frequency, high-power microwave and millimeter wave devices and circuits. It has been the most ideal semiconductor material for the development of microwave power devices in the past 20 years. With the continuous improvement of epitaxial material crystal quality and the continuous improvement of device technology, microwave and millimeter wave devices and circuits developed based on GaN-based materials have higher and higher operating frequencies and higher and higher output powers. In the current power supply market, smaller size and higher power power supply products have become a trend that businesses are competing for. Gallium nitride (GaN) is becoming more and more important. The GaN FET device series integrates unique functions and protection features to simplify the design, achieve higher system reliability and optimize the performance of high-voltage power supplies, providing a smart alternative solution for traditional cascade and independent GaN FETs. Although it is a new technology, GaN has a wide range of applications. From low power to high power, GaN has been used in PE, mobile phone chargers, and laptop chargers.
