Two symmetrical cascade amplifiers in one cavity + layout looks very pleasing to the eye [Copy link]

This picture shows that the working frequency is not low. Here are some pictures for you to see: 1. A close-up of a single tube (LOG for yourself) 2. Close-up of two tubes (combined circuit) 3. Using Allen's patch split/combination bridge 4. The overall layout of the two amplifiers

High-frequency boards generally use Teflon FR-4 and FR-5, both of which are called glass fibers. Epoxy resin is used as an adhesive, and glass fiber cloth is used as a reinforcing material. This type of board has a higher operating temperature and is less affected by the environment. This type of board is often used in double-sided PCBs. The thickness is usually 1.6MM. This substrate is suitable for various power boards and high-rise circuit boards   Details Published on 2018-12-2 21:37

There are many PCB manufacturers' customer service in the forum, waiting for answers. Generally, the more commonly used ones are FR4, glass fiber board, CEM-3 composite substrate

This can be ruled out as FR4, because FR4 frequency can not reach that high, what is the frequency of GEM-3 composite substrate? There is also a glass fiber version, can you explain it? I have not learned about it  Details Published on 2018-12-2 20:44

These are two power amplifiers. The device in the middle is a power amplifier from Cree. You can search online and check the DATASHEET yourself.  Details Published on 2018-12-3 07:03

The RF microwaves I use most are RO4350 (4350B) and RF-35. There are also regular FR-4. I also use a mixed pressure board. I don't know about the others.  Details Published on 2018-12-3 07:06
