Recommend a low thermal potential relay [Copy link]

Is there any expert who can recommend an electromagnetic relay with low thermal potential and contact potential less than 200nV?

As long as the additional thermoelectric potential is a constant or a specific function, it can be compensated by hardware compensation or software compensation. Because the contacts are easily affected by the environment and sparks and change locally, and the change is unpredictable, it is required to be a sufficiently inert material to avoid changes. It is difficult to compensate for non-constants.  Details Published on 2018-11-22 13:53

Then I'm afraid I'll have to look for pure gold contacts. Customization is certainly possible, but it's hard to say if you purchase from the general retail market.

I'm testing it now by soldering silver wires to the relay antennas. Later, I want to solder them to the printed circuit board. Will it introduce additional thermal potential?

The additional thermoelectric potential can be compensated as long as it is a constant or a specific function, and both hardware compensation and software compensation are possible. Because the contacts are easily affected by the environment and sparks and local changes occur, and the changes are unpredictable, they require materials that are inert enough to avoid changes. Non-constants are difficult to compensate.  Details Published on 2018-11-22 13:53
