XL5300 TOF Ranging Module Specifications

The XL5300TOF direct time-of-flight (dToF) sensor adopts a single-module package design, integrating a single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) receiving array and a VCSEL laser transmitter. The sensor can accurately measure the distance of objects without being affected by the color, reflectivity and texture of the object, providing a compact solution for miniature ToF sensing on the market. Using the self-developed SPAD and unique ToF acquisition and processing technology, the XL5300TOF can achieve accurate distance measurement of up to 4 meters, and the fast ranging frequency can reach 90 Hz.
