The infusion remote monitoring system based on power line carrier technology is composed of a single chip microcomputer, an infrared detection circuit and a stepper motor. It is based on the SC1128 spread spectrum communication chip and supplemented by peripheral circuit design to achieve real-time monitoring of the infusion level and infusion speed and control of the infusion speed. The infusion level and speed of the infusion in the infusion monitoring system are detected by infrared to obtain real-time data, which is coupled to the power line through the modulation circuit and transmitted to the receiving end. The data is demodulated and transmitted to the host computer, and the host computer issues a control command to activate the stepper motor to achieve control of the infusion speed. The system has the function of automatic alarm and simultaneous monitoring of multiple infusion objects.
