ZOPC_Server (ZLG Universal OPC Server) Software

ZOPC_Server is an OPC server software. This software operates the underlying hardware through plug-ins. Among them, three standard plug-ins (CAN, DeviceNet, iCAN) support the operation of all ZLGCAN series interface cards, ZLGDeviceNet series boards and iCan protocol series cards. As long as any one or several of the ZLGCAN series interface cards or ZLGDeviceNet series boards are plugged into a PC, and then this server software is run, after some relevant configurations are made in the server software, any client software that supports the OPC protocol (such as configuration software: Kingview, MCGS and INTOUCH, etc.) can be used to connect to this server, and data can be transmitted through this server with the CAN network, iCAN network or DeviceNet network. ZOPC server currently has five extension plug-ins, namely CANopen, DAQ, GPRS, Modbus, and Modbus_RTU_ASCII. These extension plug-ins can be installed separately as needed. The CANopen plug-in can operate the CANopen master station card produced by ZLG. The DAQ plug-in operates ZLG\'s DAQ series data acquisition cards and uploads the data collected by the data acquisition cards to the ZOPC server for use by the client. The GPRS plug-in can upload the data of the GPRS module to the ZOPC server. The Modbus plug-in operates the slave station through Ethernet. The Modbus_RTU-ASCII plug-in operates the slave station through the serial port. New plug-ins will be added later to support the operation of newly developed products.
