Record all detailed information and automatically calculate the amount of charges to achieve safe management of vehicles and charges in the field. It is divided into two modules: parking management system and parking fee system. It manages the parking of urban vehicles and is one of the important factors affecting the traffic connection within and between cities. The basic components and equipment of intelligent parking lots: parking space display system, management software system, anti-theft system, monitoring system, computer image comparison system, exit controller, ground sensor coil, automatic gate, vehicle sensor, communication adapter, transmission equipment, etc. The following briefly describes each basic function:
Five basic structures of intelligent parking system
1. Parking space display system: The parking space display system consists of a parking space detector, a parking space display screen, a parking lot display light, a parking space reminder light, and a signal processor. A detector is set up in each parking space. After being incorporated into the management software subsystem through the signal processor, the parking space display screen will show the current best parking space to the driver, and the parking space reminder light will turn on and flash to guide the driver to park. If there are no parking spaces in the garage, the parking space display screen will show that there are no vacant parking spaces, and no vehicles will be accepted into the garage.
2. Management software system: records parking time, fee calculation, parking spaces, vehicle image information, parking space turnover rate, average parking and retrieval time and other information and provides various data reports.
Anti-theft system: A set of high-code remote controllers is installed in the parking space to work in parallel with the parking detector. The parking detector also has a car viewing function. When the driver enters the garage to park, he operates the remote controller to code the vehicle; when the driver is ready to go out of the garage to pick up the vehicle, he operates the remote controller to decode the vehicle. If the vehicle is not decoded, the alarm system will work and the monitoring system will be linked to it, which can effectively prevent the vehicle from being stolen.
3. Monitoring system: The monitoring system consists of cameras, controllers, monitors, and video recorders. Under the control of the controller, the camera intermittently takes pictures of the car lane and sends the signal to the monitor to manually monitor the operation of the vehicles in the lane; at the same time, the video recorder is working to record the vehicle operation information. When there is a car blocking the lane, the alarm is quickly called and rescue is organized to ensure the smooth flow of the lane. In addition, the camera also monitors the parking garage for security to ensure parking safety. The camera in the control room monitors the operator to prevent the operator from stealing money.
4. Computer image comparison system: The computer image comparison system consists of a camera, a capture controller, and an image processor. When a vehicle enters the warehouse to swipe a card or pick up a ticket, the capture control system works to capture an image with the license plate number. After being processed by the main control computer, it is stored in the system database together with the information of the card or ticket held by the driver. When the vehicle leaves the warehouse to check the card or ticket, the capture control system works again to capture an image with the license plate number and compares it with the information in the system database. If the information matches, it means that it is the same vehicle and it is released; otherwise, it is not released and an automatic alarm is triggered.
5. Exit control system: When the vehicle leaves the warehouse, the vehicle detector senses the exit signal and notifies the main control computer to prompt the operator to prepare for operation. The display screen on the ticket verification machine automatically prompts the driver to show the card or hand in the ticket. If it is a fixed user, the driver takes out the card and swipes the card. After the ticket verification machine verifies the card and charges correctly, the gate machine opens and the vehicle leaves the warehouse. If it is a temporary user, the driver hands in the ticket and the operator verifies the ticket, charges and charges. The gate machine opens and the vehicle leaves the warehouse. After the vehicle leaves the warehouse, the gate machine automatically returns to its position.
