The high-voltage switch mechanical characteristics tester has high-speed data acquisition, analysis and processing capabilities, can resist strong electromagnetic (above 500KV) interference, and has the characteristics of simultaneous analysis and high test accuracy of multiple high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics testers. The high-voltage switch mechanical characteristics tester has a built-in isolated adjustable DC power supply and switch operation command simulation control module. During the test, the switch opening, closing, and reclosing operations can be directly controlled through the built-in DC power switch, and manual and electric action voltage test technology can be automatically identified. Different switches have different test properties, and the high-voltage switch mechanical characteristics tester has rich and complete user-defined functions. At the same time, various types of high-voltage switch-related mechanical characteristic parameters (time, speed, synchronization, stroke, bounce, coil current, etc.) can be tested and characteristic analysis results can be obtained.
The high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester is an important control device in power detection equipment. The number of circuit breaker characteristics testers in the power grid is large, and the operating conditions and technical requirements are relatively complex. Its operating reliability is not only related to the high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester itself, so testing the instrument is a very important task, but the operation of the high-voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester is complicated.
High voltage switch mechanical characteristics tester layout:
1. The simulated leakage current sent by the instrument uses a step-down transformer to output low-voltage current.
The primary input voltage of the step-down device that outputs simulated leakage current is controlled by the potentiometer adjustment end, and the secondary output simulated leakage current of the transformer is also gradually increased. That is to say, through the potentiometer adjustment, the primary voltage of the input transformer gradually increases from zero, thereby testing the action current characteristics of the leakage protection.
The operating current and time test of leakage protection is controlled by the button on the panel of the high-voltage switch mechanical characteristics tester. When the test button is pressed, part of the simulated leakage current is output. At the same time, the electrical signal can trigger the chronograph. Therefore, when the leakage switch is operated, the recorded time is the operating time of the leakage protection switch when the leakage current is passed.
2. The panel is equipped with a machine power socket, a fast-blow fuse, a test line socket, a power switch, an adjustment knob, a function switch, a reset button, a test button, and a milliammeter and millisecond meter with digital display.
