The magnetic flap level gauge is developed based on the buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling. The basic principle is that when the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the level gauge also rises and falls. The permanent magnet in the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thereby achieving a clear indication of the liquid level. The

It is more superior to high temperature, high pressure, toxic, harmful and highly corrosive media. In direct contact with the medium, the float sealing requirements must be strict, and viscous media cannot be measured. Magnetic materials such as demagnetization can easily cause the level gauge to not work properly and the flap is easy to get stuck, resulting in the inability to transmit indication remotely. At the same time, the magnetic flap level gauge is reliable and durable enough, and can also realize the alarm of the upper and lower limits of the liquid level, and provide remote control and recording. It can be used for medium level detection of various towers, tanks, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment. It is more appropriate to use it as a detector for some highly corrosive, toxic and harmful substances. In addition, the readings designed by itself are relatively intuitive, which makes the magnetic flap level gauge very suitable for various liquid level detection tasks.
When the magnetic flap remote level gauge is equipped with a remote transmission supporting instrument, the following points must be met:

(1) The remote transmission supporting instrument should be close to the main pipe of the level gauge and fixed with a stainless steel clamp (iron is prohibited);
(2) The sensing surface on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be close to the main pipe;
(3) The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the level gauge;
(4) The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or industrial computer is best laid in a protective tube or with a shielded two-core cable;
(5) After the wiring hole of the junction box is laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, etc. from invading and causing the remote transmission supporting instrument to malfunction. The junction box should be covered in time after maintenance or commissioning.
