According to Leifeng.com, on February 18, Zhangmen 1-on-1 founder and CEO Zhang Yi officially announced at the annual meeting that Zhangmen 1-on-1 completed a US$350 million E-1 round of financing, jointly invested by CMC Capital, CICC Jiazi, and China Investment Corporation Overseas Direct Investment Co., Ltd., and followed by a well-known international organization, sofina, Haitong International, Yuansheng Capital and other institutions.

It is reported that this is the largest amount of financing in the K12 online one-on-one all-subject tutoring track to date, and it is also the largest financing in the entire education industry since the beginning of 2019.
