At this exhibition, TE focused on displaying connectivity and sensing solutions for connected transportation , new energy vehicles , and industrial and commercial transportation vehicles . At the same time, TE also released the white paper "Connecting Future Mobility" , sharing how TE solves the specific challenges of changes in automotive hardware and software architecture and the development of connectivity technology in the era of powertrain revolution, autonomous driving revolution, and seamless travel services .

In terms of connected transportation , through the holographic interactive experience, the audience can intuitively feel how the connectors, wiring harness components, sensors and antenna technologies developed by TE can help create a smart life with instant connectivity between car and environment, car and car, and car and home . In this exhibition, in addition to displaying its power battery solutions and power distribution protection solutions with products , TE also systematically described its solutions to the challenges of fast charging through technical speeches: TE power battery solutions provide highly integrated and reliable connection technology for battery pack and module manufacturers. Power distribution solutions can integrate components related to safe connections, including high-voltage connectors, contactors, fuses and safety monitoring modules. Charging solutions include new national standard charging interface solutions with customizable functions (temperature sensing, LED lighting, etc.). TE also exhibited motor temperature sensors, rotary transformers, current sensors and humidity sensors suitable for new energy vehicles.

Industrial and commercial transport vehicles have high requirements for connection and sensing solutions in harsh environments, and are also facing increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. TE's urea quality level sensor is a key component in the exhaust after-treatment system. It uses ultrasonic technology to monitor urea concentration, and at the same time monitors urea level and temperature. It has been verified and used by many well-known OEMs around the world. In addition, there are TE's latest localized high-density wire-to-wire connectors and sealed wire-to-wire connectors in the application of wire-to-wire connections . These products use plastic raw materials that meet the UL94 V0 flame retardant grade, and are used in conjunction with TE's high-performance composite multi-point contact terminals. They can achieve accurate signal transmission in harsh temperature and vibration environments, and their protection performance can reach IPX7/IPX8/IPX9K.

TE's industrial robot connection solutions meet the requirements of the rapidly developing industrial robot field with extremely high reliability, precision and energy efficiency. For example, the newly launched heavy-duty connector with integrated dynamic inserts can ensure data, signal and power connections in harsh environments, and can reduce cable assembly costs through semi-automatic or fully automatic dynamic terminal crimping processes . The connector is compact in design, and a single module can contain 3-48 terminals, meeting overvoltage requirements of up to 500V and meeting harsh environmental requirements from robot arms to control cabinets. In addition, TE also exhibited the ENTRELEC® terminal block business acquired last year. The integration of this business with TE's existing product portfolio will further help TE provide a complete connection system.

TE provides a full range of sensor solutions for harsh and complex environments , with innovation , integration and intelligence as the three pillars to help the industry develop an intelligent future. At this exhibition, TE exhibited the newly launched M3200 pressure sensor designed for hydraulic and pneumatic systems . It has a compact structure, excellent vibration resistance, shock resistance, and anti-electromagnetic interference performance, can withstand harsh environments, and has a variety of optional configurations to flexibly respond to different customer application scenarios. In particular, it has two options of analog output and digital output , which can meet the increasing application needs of smart factories.

The development of smart factories is also inseparable from the upgrading of production tools and processes . At the exhibition, TE exhibited the second-generation high-pressure crimping solution in the field of application tools , including the new high-pressure crimping machine and crimping die . This industry-leading solution can improve customer production efficiency and help the intelligent management of factories.
