In this seminar, Ryan Liu, senior application engineer of Microchip's Mixed Signal and Linear Products Division , outlined various use cases for UAS and discussed the benefits of collision avoidance and obstacle detection. He then described the various sensor systems and technologies currently used for collision avoidance and obstacle detection, focusing on ultrasonic sensors. Many of our technical experts answered customer questions online.
