The SF1 series FPSoC devices carefully crafted by Anlu Technology are now fully launched, integrating logic units, storage units, video processing units, RISC-V MCU hard cores and other resources to help realize video image interface conversion and industrial control interaction.
With the development of science and technology, the speed and bandwidth requirements of data interaction are increasing in application fields such as consumer electronics and industrial control. The SF1 series FPSoC devices use low-power technology to integrate the advantages of FPGA and MCU chips in a single chip, including large-capacity storage resources and its hard-core controller, supporting single-chip loading, power-on fast startup, non-volatile storage and other technologies. At the same time, the MCU integrates rich peripheral resources such as AHB Slave, SPI, I2C
,
UART and GPIO.
The SF1 series FPSoC devices feature low power consumption, high integration and high flexibility:
Rich logic resources and peripheral interfaces, supporting RISC_V MCU hard core with RV32IMCA instruction set
Freely selectable storage solutions, supporting ERAM, FLASH and large-capacity PSRAM, etc.
Two built-in four-channel MIPI hard cores provide MIPI data transmission and reception capabilities up to 17.6Gbps bandwidth
Supports ultra-small package of 4.5mmx4.5mm
It can meet the needs of size, weight, power consumption and cost-sensitive markets such as video processing and consumer electronics, and easily realize functions such as logic bridging, interface expansion, and system control between image sensors and screen displays. It simplifies system design, saves PCB area, reduces system development costs, and shortens product time to market.
Industrial Automation Human Machine Interface
Human-machine interface is widely used in industrial automation. It can manage the operation of internal modules in real time and display it visually on the touch screen. The operator can also send control signals to the automation equipment through the screen to make each module run according to the operator's intention.
Anlu Technology's SF1 series FPSoC devices integrate MIPI DSI hard-core controllers and built-in MCUs for LVGL graphics library porting. The abstract hierarchy shown in the application case below is as follows: the bottom layer is the hardware layer, which mainly includes peripherals such as the SPI interface and IO interface on the MCU system bus in the SF1 device; the second layer from bottom to top is the driver layer, including LCD driver and SPI driver; the third layer is the LVGL graphics library, which contains a large number of graphics controls; the top layer is the application layer. Users only need to call the graphics library controls in the top level of the design to complete the graphics drawing, and realize the standard graphics display of clock dials, progress bars, buttons, check boxes, and real-time frame rate and CPU occupancy on the touch screen. The SF1 device has a built-in large-capacity PSRAM, which supports complex animation display based on the LVGL graphics library. At the same time, its rich logic, peripheral interfaces and IP hard-core resources have high configuration flexibility, which can realize the rapid development of human-machine interface products and facilitate the interaction between multiple screens and various input devices.

Image and video processing
In the fields of consumer electronics and industrial control, there are a large number of image and video processing and interface conversion application needs. These application scenarios require both high-speed parallel data computing capabilities and flexible and rich high-speed interface expansion capabilities. This is exactly the advantage of Anlu Technology's SF1 series FPSoC devices.
The figure below shows a MIPI screen dynamic picture display solution based on the SF1 series FPSoC device of Anlu Technology. In this solution, the MCU hard core, PSRAM control hard core, MIPI DSI hard core and FPGA logic of the SF1 series FPSoC device work together. The MCU implements system scheduling and protocol control, and the FPGA completes high-speed logic processing such as interface and display. After the system is powered on, the MCU reads and transfers these pictures into PSRAM, and then the FPGA reads these pictures from PSRAM in sequence, superimposing them with the background video in a picture-in-picture manner to achieve the effect of playing animations. Based on this solution, rapid development of complex algorithms such as image pipeline processing and video stabilization, decompression, watermarking and various forms of encryption can be carried out.
