Introduction:This experimental guide is the experimental guide for the experimental course corresponding to the \"Digital Circuit\" course. This experimental guide uses the TPE-D series experimental box of Tsinghua Science and Education as the experimental instrument, and is adapted according to the experimental guidance provided by Tsinghua Science and Education. This guide has a total of 9 basic experiments and 21 optional experiments. The teacher can selectively select the experimental items as classroom teaching content according to the actual course progress and the actual situation of teaching. The arrangement of the experimental content of this guide follows the principle of from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult. Considering the needs of different levels, there are both testing and verification content, as well as design and research content. The teacher can formulate the corresponding final homework according to the actual situation and refer to the content of this book, so that students\' creativity and initiative can be exercised.

Introduction:The book is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter is basic experiments, which mainly introduces the functions and usage of dual-trace oscilloscopes and function signal generators, the main parameters, logic functions and test methods of commonly used digital integrated circuits; the second chapter mainly introduces the usage of MAX+PLUSII and VHDL, a development tool based on EDA technology, as well as some EDA technology experimental principles. This chapter also arranges 4 experiments. The third chapter provides 10 reference topics for large-scale experiments or course designs. The fourth chapter mainly introduces basic experimental knowledge and commonly used instruments and equipment. The names, models, pinouts, etc. of commonly used digital integrated circuits are compiled in the appendix.
