Aiming at the problem of the unknowability of component source code, this paper proposes to extract two types of test information from component specifications and interface VIs to generate component status test cases. By testing these two types of \"test information\", component attribute analysis and status determination are performed. Through the \"attribute-state\" dependency relationship, the ideal state space in the attribute association relationship is divided, and a test tree is constructed to generate test cases using different coverage criteria.
