In order to achieve reliable control of the motor, make it simple to operate, easy to control, easy to observe the operating status, and improve the degree of equipment automation, a flexible and practical variable frequency motor speed control monitoring system based on EV3000 inverter is designed. The system uses the EV3000 inverter produced by Emerson. Through the decoupling control of the motor flux current and torque current, it realizes the rapid response and accurate control of the torque, and can perform a wide range of speed regulation and torque control with high control accuracy. At the same time, a powerful visual control interface is designed through the upper computer programming software to display the motor operating status and inverter parameter settings in real time. Through field tests, the results show that the system has achieved the design goal of safely, stably, simply and flexibly controlling the motor. Abstract: In order to achieve reliable control of the motor and make it simple operation,easy control,easy to observe the run state,improve equipment automation,a flexible and practical frequency conversion motor speed control system based on EV3000 inverters was designed.The system used the Emerson EV3000 inverter,through the decoupling control of the motor flux current and torque current,achieved fast response and accurate control of torque,it is able to realize a wide range of speed adjustment run and torque control with a high precision. At the same time,through the host computer programming software designed a powerful visual control interface,the motor running status,inverter parameter settings were real time displayed. Through the on-sitetest, this system was proved to be able to achieve safe,stable,simple and flexible control of the motor design goals.
